• Support teaching and learning across the Key Stage 2 curriculum, particularly in English and Mathematics.
• Lead small-group and whole-class learning activities under the direction of the class teacher.
• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality academic interventions to accelerate progress and close learning gaps.
• Support pupils to develop understanding of key curriculum concepts and deepen subject knowledge.
• Assess pupil understanding and adapt support to meet learning needs.
• Prepare, organise and create learning resources that enhance classroom provision.
• Contribute to assessment and pupil progress discussions and evaluate intervention impact.
• Promote high expectations for learning, behaviour and presentation in the classroom.
