• Experience in a primary school setting and KS2
• Ability to support SATs preparation and intervention
• Strong English and Mathematics teaching support
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND
• Excellent communication, teamwork and organisation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide general Teaching Assistant support within a KS2 classroom
• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Deliver targeted SATs intervention sessions to small groups and individuals
• Provide additional support in English and Mathematics to improve attainment
• Support pupils with SEND to access the curriculum
• Assist with classroom organisation, learning resources and assessment activities
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to staff
• Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
• Help create a safe, inclusive learning environment
