Responsibilities
- Support class teacher with daily lesson delivery
- Provide 1:1 and small group intervention
- Assist with planning and preparation of classroom resources
- Support pupils with varying learning needs
- Promote positive behaviour and classroom engagement
- Help track pupil progress and attainment
- Support literacy and numeracy development
- Supervise pupils during break and transitions
- Assist with safeguarding and wellbeing of pupils
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
