Job summary

Hampton College in Peterborough is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join our friendly, supportive team. You will work closely with teachers and the SENDCo to support pupils across Key Stage 2, helping them reach their full potential and develop their learning and wellbeing.

The role involves supporting individual pupils and small groups with targeted learning, delivering inclusive activities, and supervising the midday break (30 minutes).

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils in literacy and numeracy.
• Ability to adapt activities to meet individual needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across Key Stage 2.
• Deliver targeted learning support.
• Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Carry out 30 minutes of Midday Supervision per day.
