Job summary

Aspire People Limited is working with an outstanding primary school to recruit a KS2 Teaching Assistant for a long-term, full-time role. A recent graduate with a passion for education and strong communication skills would fit well and gain valuable classroom experience.

The successful candidate will be patient, proactive and enjoy teamwork, with enhanced DBS on update service or willingness to obtain one. Competitive pay and dedicated consultant support are provided.

Qualifications

• Recent experience working with children in a school or nursery setting.
• Held a degree in Psychology, Primary Education or similar background.
• A positive, patient and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one).
• References to cover the last 2 years.
