Connex Education Partnership is partnering with a respected MAT to recruit KS2 teachers for Burnham-on-Sea. Roles are flexible—day-to-day to long-term—with opportunities starting as soon as possible in schools within the BWMAT network.

We offer competitive PAYE daily rates (£150–£241) with weekly pay, plus access to their Teacher Toolkit and wellbeing support. Roles may run through Christmas or longer, providing valuable experience across primary KS2 settings.

Qualifications

• QTS essential.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Confident teaching across KS2.
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
• A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's learning.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Flexible, reliable, and confident adapting to different school environments.

About the Role

Connex Education is delighted to be working exclusively alongside a respected Multi Academy Trust (BWMAT) to recruit passionate ECTs and KS2 Teachers for opportunities starting as soon as possible!

We are currently supporting a number of friendly and inclusive BWMAT primary schools across Burnham-on-Sea, with flexible KS2 teaching roles available on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis. Some placements may run through until Christmas, while others could continue for the full academic year ending in July 2027.

This is a brilliant opportunity for enthusiastic KS2 Teachers who want flexibility while developing their careers in supportive school settings that place a strong emphasis on creativity, inclusion, and pupil wellbeing.
