Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd is supporting schools across the region by providing flexible KS2 teaching placements, from short-term cover to longer assignments. You’ll work across Moreton-in-Marsh and surrounding areas, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

With QTS or equivalent and strong KS2 knowledge, you’ll manage behaviour, assess progress, and adapt strategies for diverse learners.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject knowledge across the KS2 curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Adaptable and confident working across different schools and year groups.

KS2 Teacher - Flexible short-term and long-term opportunities available immediately

These flexible opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different primary school settings. You’ll be supporting schools in Moreton-in-Marsh and the surrounding areas, teaching Key Stage 2 pupils across a range of subjects.

Duties as KS2 Teacher:
  • Deliver engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum following provided plans
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Assess and record pupil progress where required
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learners
  • Communicate effectively with staff and contribute to the wider school community
Ideal KS2 Teacher:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
