TeacherActive Ltd is recruiting a passionate KS2 Teacher for a mainstream Primary School in Bridgwater. You will cover Years 3 to 6, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining strong classroom management, and assessing pupil progress to support each child’s development.

The role is full-time and permanent, with salary in line with the Main Pay Scale / Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS). The school values inclusivity and aims to help every pupil reach their potential.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School based in Bridgwater, who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher. The school is committed to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and passion for learning.

The school is looking to take on a dedicated KS2 Teacher on a full-time, permanent basis, starting as soon as possible. The successful KS2 Teacher will be working across Key Stage 2 / KS2, supporting pupils in Years 3 to 6 through engaging lessons, effective classroom management and regular assessment of pupil progress, ensuring all children are supported and challenged appropriately.

The successful KS2 Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 / KS2 National Curriculum
• Experience teaching within a UK Primary School, ideally across KS2
• Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills
• The ability to plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching
