Job summary

Aspire People are seeking a KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant to work with schools in Kidderminster. The role involves supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them progress inside and outside the classroom.

The position is daily temporary work, offering flexible education assignments across different schools. Ideal candidates will have SEN experience, a patient approach, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant.
• SEN experience.
• Patient and understanding approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work across different school settings.
• Good availability and flexibility.
• The ability to travel to assignments.
