Protocol Education are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a Year 3 pupil in North Bristol transitioning to Year 4 in September.
The successful candidate will support emotional regulation, behaviour strategies and help the pupil engage with learning both in and out of the classroom, working closely with staff and external professionals.
A welcoming primary school in North Bristol is looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil currently in Year 3, moving into Year 4 in September.
The child has complex behavioural and SEMH needs and spends much of the school day working outside of the classroom. Success in this role isn't measured by ticking off a timetable, it's built through patience, consistency, and the ability to stay calm when things don't go to plan.
The school would love someone to begin in September, although there is an opportunity to start before the summer holidays to support a smooth transition and begin building that all-important relationship.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
