St Leonard’s Church of England Primary School, Walton-le-Dale, Preston, Lancashire, PR5 4JL, is seeking a skilled HLTA KS2 for a fixed-term, part-time role (9:15am–12:05pm, Monday to Friday). The post involves taking a small KS2 group each morning and will be paid pro rata for term-time hours.

The successful candidate will have KS2 experience, strong communication skills and a commitment to the school’s Christian ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children in a primary setting and KS2.
• Ability to relate well to children, carers and staff.
• Knowledge of KS2 curriculum and supporting delivery.

Responsabilités

• Work with a small KS2 group under the class teacher.
• Plan and implement curriculum activities and monitor progress.
• Support pupils’ wellbeing and positive behaviour in class.
