Vision for Education is seeking a Year 1/2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the YO7 area. The role is part-time, 4 days per week, starting December 2026, with a long-term commitment.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging KS1 lessons across Year 1 and Year 2, differentiate for mixed-ability classes, and support pupils\' early literacy and numeracy in a positive, inclusive environment.

Formación

• QTS and KS1 teaching experience essential.
• Experience teaching Year 1 and Year 2.
• Strong understanding of KS1 curriculum and phonics.
• Ability to plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons.
• Experience differentiating learning for pupils of varying abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons across Year 1 and Year 2.
• Differentiate lessons to meet varying abilities.
• Assess pupil progress and maintain records.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and school staff.
• Support pupils' early literacy and numeracy development.
