Job summary

Vision for Education are seeking a dedicated Year 1/2 Teacher to join a friendly, welcoming village school on the outskirts of Telford. This part-time KS1 role involves teaching every Thursday and Friday from the start of the second autumn half term until the end of the first summer half term, offering a supportive team and ongoing professional development.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, create a positive learning environment, and collaborate with a warm staff group while ensuring

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within KS1.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A caring, enthusiastic approach to supporting pupils' learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Teach a mixed Year 1/2 class every Thursday and Friday.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support pupils' progress.
• Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with a warm and welcoming team of staff.
