£450 - £500 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

On behalf of this Primary School in Gateshead (NE10), Vision for Education is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic KS1 Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time basis from September. The KS1 Teaching Assistant who is successful in gaining this position will be supporting across Year 1 and Year 2 as required, helping with Phonics interventions and general classroom support. The role will begin in September 2026 and run long-term. This bright primary school creates a welcoming atmosphere, and strives to give each child meaningful learning opportunities.
