Job summary

Burrowmoor Primary Academy, part of The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust, is recruiting Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team for one term with immediate effect. You will work closely with the SENDCo and classroom staff to help children in KS1 with EHCPs develop communication, speech and language, and social‑emotional skills in a calm, child‑focused environment.

We value enthusiasm, adaptability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• School-based experience with children with SEND is essential.
• Experience with KS1 and EHCPs.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support children in KS1 with communication and social–emotional needs.
• Work closely with the SENDCo and class teachers.
• Assist in small group sessions and classroom activities as required.
