Job summary

Distinction Education Ltd is recruiting a KS1 SEND Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 autism support at a Worcester primary school. This full-time role offers £95-£110 per day and runs Monday to Friday.

You will work closely with the teacher and SENCo to help the pupil access lessons and participate with peers, using agreed strategies to support communication and emotional regulation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting autistic children or SEND in KS1 settings.
• Experience in Reception, Year 1 or KS1 preferred.
• Eligibility for safeguarding checks prior to appointment.
