Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced SEND Teacher to lead an Inclusion Hub for up to six KS1 pupils with additional needs in Ealing. The role combines direct teaching, personalised provision planning, and leadership of three Teaching Assistants.

You will work with Year 1 teachers, align with EHCPs and OT/SaLT programmes, and provide flexible cover across the school. Long-term, with full-time or part-time options, the position offers Inner London pay scales and a supportive SEND

Qualifications

• Experience teaching pupils with SEND and coordinating support staff.
• Ability to plan personalised provision and adapt resources for EHCPs/therapy programmes.
• Strong behaviour management and collaboration with TAs and teachers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and teach within the Inclusion Hub for up to six KS1 pupils with SEND.
• Adapt lesson plans and resources to individual learning needs.
• Create weekly timetables and coordinate OT/SaLT-informed provision.
• Monitor pupil progress and adjust teaching approaches accordingly.
• Manage three Teaching Assistants and liaise with Year 1 teachers.
