TeacherActive is recruiting a KS1 Primary Teacher with QTS for regular supply work at a welcoming primary school in Newark, NG24. For the right teacher, this could lead to a long-term placement.

Qualifications

• QTS is required and experience teaching KS1 within the UK primary curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum.
• Support early reading, writing and mathematics.
• Adapt teaching to suit pupils’ abilities and learning needs.
• Create a nurturing classroom with consistent routines.
• Monitor progress and share feedback with school staff.
• Collaborate with a supportive school team to optimise learning.

• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
