TeacherActive is proud to be working with a range of mainstream primary schools across Wakefield and Bradford who require enthusiastic and reliable KS1 Primary Teachers. Our partner schools provide welcoming environments where pupils are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and enthusiasm for learning.

We are looking for a KS1 Primary Teacher to work on a flexible day-to-day basis, with opportunities for long-term and permanent positions becoming available within our schools.

Qualifications

• QTS (ECTs welcomed)
• Experience teaching within KS1
• Knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication skills

We are looking for a KS1 Primary Teacher to work on a flexible day-to-day basis, with opportunities for long-term and permanent positions becoming available within our schools. The successful KS1 Primary Teacher will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 / KS1, follow school planning where provided and maintain a positive classroom environment.

The successful KS1 Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 / KS1
• Sound knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• A knowledge of phonics schemes
