Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a KS1 Primary Teacher with QTS for regular supply work in a welcoming Newark school (NG24). The role may lead to a long-term placement for the right candidate.

The school emphasizes a nurturing environment with forest school provision to spark curiosity and confidence. You will deliver engaging KS1 lessons, support early reading and maths, adapt to student needs and monitor progress, while maintaining routines and positive behaviour, under supervision by the school

Qualifications

• Must have QTS and experience teaching the UK primary curriculum.
• Enhanced DBS registered on Update Service, or willingness to apply.
• Strong knowledge of phonics and early learning.
