Teaching Personnel Ltd. are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Bacup. This full-time, long-term role offers £14.25 per hour and a Monday-to-Friday schedule (8:30am–3:30pm).

The role will be predominantly based in KS2, with flexibility to work across KS1 and KS2 to support pupils and help them thrive. You will hold a Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant childcare qualification and have experience supporting pupils with SEND and behavioural needs.

Formación

• Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant childcare/children's qualification.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar school role.
• Experience supporting children with SEND and behavioural needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general TA support to pupils individually and in class.
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Support across KS1 and KS2 as needed.
• Help pupils make progress and stay engaged in learning.
