Salary: M1 – UPS3 (Dependent on Experience)

About the Role:

1. Teach a Key Stage 1 class (Year 1 or Year 2, depending on experience and preference)
2. Deliver creative, engaging, and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum
3. Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports every child’s learning and development
4. Assess and monitor pupil progress, tailoring support to meet individual needs
5. Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive approach to teaching and learning

Ideal Candidate:

1. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Has strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment frameworks
3. Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and excellent classroom management
4. Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills
