Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed enrolment targets and KPIs.
• Guide prospective domestic and international students from initial enquiry through enrolment.
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and funding options.
• Assess applicant eligibility and transfer complex cases to subject specialists or university admissions teams.
• Maintain accurate student records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prepare regular sales pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote programmes and evaluate campaign ROI.
• Coordinate recruitment events, webinars, and course demonstrations.
• Contribute to departmental continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with the Sales Manager, Student Recruitment team, Marketing team, university partners, academics, and subject matter experts.
• Monitor enrolments, sales-qualified leads, offer-holder progression, response times, and student dropout rates against KPIs.
