Overview

Recruitment Hunters are recruiting an experienced Student Recruitment Advisor for their Higher Education client based in Birmingham. (Hybrid)

This role is a telephone-based sales role where you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, both domestic and international for all online degree course enquiries.

You should currently be working for a university or a University Provider / OPM in a Student Recruiter / Sales capacity.

You must have Student Recruitment experience from another UK University or University partner/OPM firm. This role will be consultative sales roles placing students onto Degree Courses, so we are looking for experienced sales professionals from the Higher Education Sector only. The Student Recruitment Consultant role is predominantly a telephone-based sales role responsible for efficiently managing all leads through the student recruitment funnel, from initial enquiry to enrolment.

Responsibilities

• Guide new prospective students (domestic/international) through the application and enrolment process, communicating across multiple telephone, email, and direct message channels.
• Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered to all, ensuring that enquiries, applications and enrolments are recorded and distributed per partner procedures and service standards.
• Meet recruitment targets, ensuring that conversion rates from application to enrolment are maximised and ultimately ensuring that prospective student enrols on to an inline degree course.
• Provide and deliver accurate course information to prospective students through outstanding verbal and written communication. This will include explaining all relevant fee payments and support funding available to applicants (training provided).
• Follow up with leads to meet enrolment conversion targets.
• Enable recruitment and guidance procedures to be carried out in line with best practice guidelines and admission policies concerning safeguarding, equality, and diversity.
• Support and manage applicants during the online admissions process.
• Performance Measures = The total number of enrolled students at the start of each intake.

Details

This is a permanent, hybrid role: 2 days in the office (Wednesdays & Thursdays) and 3 days remote in Birmingham.

Salary £28,000 - £35,000 Basic (Depending on Experience) + Bonus (Uncapped – Between 10% - 15%+ of Base) (3x Intakes per year with 3x payouts on performance).

If candidate lives out of the area, as the hybrid days are together, cheap rates available (at candidates’ expense) for accommodation. No Visas available sadly.
