Knowledge Strategy Assistant – International Law Firm – Up to £40,000

Are you passionate about knowledge sharing and collaboration? A prestigious international law firm is looking for a Knowledge Strategy Assistant to join their innovative team in stunning offices near Fenchurch Street.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with legal experience—perhaps as a paralegal or legal administrator—who’s keen to pivot into a role focused on improving how knowledge is captured, shared, and used across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting firmwide knowledge-sharing initiatives and projects
  • Helping to organise and maintain internal knowledge resources and intranet content
  • Collaborating with lawyers, PSLs, and business services teams to connect people with the right information
  • Playing a key role in making knowledge more accessible and easy to share across departments

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a paralegal or legal admin role within a law firm
  • A genuine interest in knowledge, legal tech, or collaboration tools
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
