About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SaaS Subscription Management Specialist to oversee and optimize our subscription billing operations. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and accurate billing experience for our customers leading to timely cash collection, maintaining up-to-date subscription records and supporting cross-functional teams with key subscription data and insight. This role will be supporting all aspects of the subscription lifecycle, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience from initial sign-up through anniversary/renewal or cancellation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end subscription lifecycle: activations, upgrades/downgrades, renewals, suspensions and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance and renewal teams to ensure contract and subscription alignment.
  • Monitor customer accounts for discrepancies of billing issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Correct mistaken invoices and issue credit notes.
  • Support monthly and quarterly revenue recognition process.
  • Support renewal teams with price uplift system admin in collaboration with the RevOps Tech team.
  • Contribute to the optimization of billing workflows and automation tools.
  • Provide subscription-related support to internal teams and customers as needed.
  • Ad-hoc projects subscription, billing and revenue related.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Success or a related field. 3+ years of experience in SaaS billing, subscription management or related operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good understanding of SaaS business models and subscription management practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferred Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in ERP software (preferred MS FO).
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition principles is a plus.
