Job summary

BCL Legal, working with a leading commercial law firm, seeks a Knowledge & Innovation Lawyer to join the Client Solutions & Innovation team on national property matters from Leeds.

You will shape the knowledge and innovation strategy, lead legal technology projects including generative AI, and develop digital tools and client solutions across the Property Department. This role offers hybrid working and significant exposure to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PQE with strong property law experience.
• Experience of knowledge management, innovation or service improvement projects.
• A keen interest in legal technology and emerging tools, including generative AI.
• Strong commercial awareness, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project management, process improvement or change management.
• A proactive, collaborative and commercially minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Property Department's knowledge and innovation strategy.
• Leading projects focused on legal technology, generative AI and service delivery improvements.
• Developing knowledge resources, digital tools and innovative client solutions.
• Managing key knowledge systems, legal technology platforms and client portals.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and client service.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders and teams across the business.
