Job summary

Greenberg Traurig LLP in London seeks a Corporate Practice Innovation & Knowledge Lawyer to lead the knowledge and technology agenda for the Corporate team. The role spans M&A, private equity and general corporate advisory, shaping how AI and automation are used to deliver high-quality client service.

You will work with shareholders, fee-earners and the Innovation team to create practical tools, maintain precedents and drive training, while monitoring market developments and coordinating

Qualifications

• Experience in top-tier corporate law firm contexts and ability to translate client needs into knowledge products.
• Interest in legal technology, AI, and knowledge management to improve service delivery.
• Strong drafting, communication, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Devise and oversee the knowledge and innovation strategy for the Corporate group, translating practice and legal operations needs into structured tools and templates.
• Assist fee-earners with monitoring and applying key legal, market and innovation developments.
• Develop precedents, templates and documentation to support client-ready solutions across the team.
• Maintain knowledge resources and leverage AI/tech to improve data quality and workflows.
• Engage with senior leaders to map end-to-end workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Support client-facing initiatives, thought leadership, seminars and business development activities.

Education

Undergraduate degree minimum 2:1
