Sales Executive

Yeovil | £20,000 Basic Salary (estimated) | £50,000 OTE

We're looking for a Sales Executive to join an established automotive dealership in Yeovil.

You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey, from the first conversation through to handover.

It’s a role that combines customer service, product knowledge and commercial performance, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has the drive to achieve results.

The Role

• Welcoming customers and creating a professional, engaging showroom experience.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles.
• Presenting new and used vehicles with confidence.
• Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.li>
• Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to handover.
• Following up leads and enquiries promptly and proactively.
• Building lasting customer relationships.
• Discussing finance and additional products where appropriate.
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales information on the CRM.
• Keeping up to date with vehicle product knowledge, campaigns and offers.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets.
• Taking ownership of the customer experience from start to finish.
