Job summary

Williams F1 Team is seeking a nights-based Kitting/Materials Coordinator to ensure on-time delivery of parts and tooling for complex builds at the UK facility. You will sit between Operations Planning, the warehouse, and production leads to keep the build moving on schedule.

You will manage stock in a controlled environment using ERP (Dynamics 365), Power BI, and Teamcentre, coordinating with material handlers and other kitting coordinators to avoid delays and maintain accurate BoMs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a stock-controlled environment.
• ERP systems experience, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills; Power BI experience is a plus; Teamcentre and drawing retrieval helps.

Responsibilities

• Check and flag stock or warehouse issues with Operations Planning before delays.
• Plan staged release of work when BoM is not fully in stock.
• Coordinate with material handlers to ensure correct parts and tooling location.
• Line up parts with other kitting coordinators for large projects.
• Follow Tooling BoMs through to completion and raise demands for damaged tooling.
• Account for stock on cancelled work orders and scrapping consumed parts.
• Collaborate with UIIL specialist to stay compliant for work order audits and finished goods transport.
