Job summary

Premier Inn Inverness East is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals as part of our hotel team. You’ll work around 30 hours per week with evenings and weekends and a permanent contract with guaranteed hours.

You’ll join a busy kitchen, learn our processes and contribute to consistent, quality meals for guests. Prior kitchen experience isn’t required, and we’ll train you to build kitchen skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and be flexible in shifts

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and manage stock appropriately
• Work closely with hotel team to ensure smooth service
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right
