Premier Inn in Inverness East is hiring a Kitchen Team Member. This permanent role is 30 contracted hours per week, with shifts including evenings and weekends, at Beechwood Business Park, Inverness, IV2 3BW. You’ll help prepare, cook and plate meals that guests enjoy and support smooth service across breakfast and dinner.

No hotel experience required; training provided and opportunities to grow within Premier Inn as part of Whitbread.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
