Job summary

Premier Inn Inverness West is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. You’ll be part of a busy team in a hotel kitchen, delivering quality meals that guests rely on during their stay.

You’ll work up to 30 hours per week on a permanent contract, with shifts including evenings and weekends. No previous hotel experience is required; we’ll teach you everything you need to know and help you grow within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean and organised.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
