Job summary

Premier Inn Inverness West is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member to work up to 30 hours per week. This permanent role offers an hourly rate of up to £13.06. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests, including breakfast and dinner, in a busy hotel kitchen.

We value teamwork, reliability and willingness to learn. Full training is provided and you’ll gain valuable kitchen experience in a supportive hotel environment.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized and ready for next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
