Premier Inn in Glasgow (Hamilton) is hiring a Kitchen Team Member on a permanent, part-time basis. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy during their stay, with 25 contracted hours per week and shifts including evenings and weekends.

You don’t need hotel experience; we’ll teach you the rest. If you’re reliable, enjoy working with others and can stay calm when the kitchen gets busy, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
