Premier Inn Inverness East is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to support breakfast and dinner service in a busy hotel kitchen. The role involves preparing ingredients, cooking, plating meals and helping keep the kitchen clean and organized.

You'll join a collaborative team, work 30 hours per week for a permanent contract, with shifts including evenings and weekends. No hotel experience required—training is provided to help you grow with Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
