Job summary

Whitbread PLC’s Premier Inn in Southampton (Eastleigh) is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests, from breakfast to dinner, in a busy hotel kitchen.

You’ll work 20 contracted hours per week with shifts including evenings and weekends on a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026. No hotel experience is required—we’ll train you and help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Available to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• No hotel experience required; willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean and organized.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
