Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep kitchen clean and organized for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock where it should be stored.
• Work closely with hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking presentable.
