Job summary

Whitbread PLC's Premier Inn in Widnes is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to prepare, cook and plate meals for breakfast and dinner service. You’ll join a busy team, ensuring meals meet our guests’ expectations and that the kitchen runs smoothly during busy periods.

This role offers 20 contracted hours per week, evenings and weekends, with a fixed-term contract until 3 December 2026. Training and support are provided, with opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right
