Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service is not required but helpful.
• Be reliable, feel pride in doing things properly, and enjoy working in a team.
• Willing to learn and grow in a kitchen role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush; receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service and meals leave the kitchen looking right.
