Premier Inn in Southampton (Eastleigh) is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that delight guests. You’ll work as part of a busy team with evenings and weekends shifts, in a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
