Job summary

Whitbread's Premier Inn in Slough is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. The role is 15 contracted hours per week with a pay rate of up to £13.06 per hour, on a fixed-term contract until December 2026.

You’ll work as part of a busy kitchen team, supporting breakfast and dinner service, keeping the area clean and organised, and helping to receive deliveries and manage stock.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
