Job summary

Premier Inn in Glasgow is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to support breakfast and dinner service, ensuring meals are prepared and plated to a high standard. You’ll work as part of a team in a busy hotel kitchen, with shift patterns that include evenings and weekends.

This fixed-term contract runs until 17 December 2026, offering 20 hours per week and opportunities to grow within Premier Inn’s hospitality network. Training and team support are provided from day one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
• This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.
