Job summary

Premier Inn in Glasgow (Hamilton) is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. You'll work with a hotel kitchen team, including evening and weekend shifts, on a permanent contract with 20 hours per week and pay up to £13.06 per hour.

Location: Glasgow (Hamilton) Premier Inn, Townhead Street, Hamilton, ML3 7BL. You'll be part of a friendly team, receive training from day one and have opportunities to develop within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Make sure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
