Job summary

Premier Inn in Glasgow Newton Mearns is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests during breakfast and dinner service in a busy hotel kitchen. You’ll join a supportive team, work evenings and weekends, and ensure every dish leaves the kitchen looking right.

The role is permanent with 10 contracted hours per week, on-site at Greenlaw Crookfur Road, Newton Mearns. Training will be provided; no previous hotel experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
