Job summary

Premier Inn Glasgow (Hamilton) is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to join the busy kitchen. This permanent role offers 25 contracted hours per week and pay up to £13.06 per hour, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

You’ll help prepare, cook and plate meals, receive deliveries, and work closely with the hotel team to ensure every guest meal is served on time. Previous hotel experience isn’t required; learning will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
