Job summary

Haven is looking for a Kitchen Team Manager to lead a busy kitchen, delivering high-quality meals and top-tier service. You will manage a team, drive performance, and oversee budgeting and resources while maintaining brand standards and safety compliance.

The role requires hands-on cooking, team motivation, and proactive problem-solving to ensure memorable dining experiences for guests. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large kitchen teams in senior roles.
• Level 3 Food Hygiene Qualification desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
