You will be hands-on, coaching and inspiring your team, managing day-to-day operations, budgets, and compliance while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

This full-time role demands leadership to drive quality, team development, and guest happiness in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or experienced Sous Chef).
• Level 3 Food Hygiene Qualification desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets and resources.

Responsibilities
