Job summary

Haven is seeking a Kitchen Team Manager to lead an energetic kitchen team and deliver memorable dining experiences at our resort. You will cook, coach, and inspire staff while managing daily operations, budgets, and guest satisfaction, all with safety and compliance at the forefront.

You’ll lead from the front, work evenings and weekends as needed, and drive performance through strong leadership and hands-on coaching. Onsite accommodation is available if needed.

Qualifications

• Proven kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or experienced Sous Chef).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets and resources.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
