Job summary

Haven is seeking a Kitchen Team Manager for Seaview Holiday Park in Preston. Lead an energetic kitchen team, drive high standards, manage budgets, and ensure safe, compliant operations while delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests.

You will be hands-on with cooking, provide feedback, and support development within a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large kitchen teams in roles such as Kitchen Manager or Head Chef.
• Level 3 Food Hygiene Qualification desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
